We never provide clients with direct access to the dashboard or internal development environments created. Clients only receive access to their specific system or systems execution environments through the third-party platforms and/or front-end environments.

We use your information for building and customizing AI systems according to your specifications, deploying and maintaining your system infrastructure, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and monitoring system performance and uptime to ensure optimal service delivery.

Data Processing in systems

Your deployed systems may process your business data according to your configured parameters. We implement appropriate security measures but are not responsible for the content of data you choose to process. You retain full ownership and control of data processed through your systems.

Data Retention

We retain data for active projects during the entire duration of our service relationship. For completed projects, project data is retained for 12 months after completion unless otherwise requested by the client. Account data is retained for 3 years after account closure for legal compliance purposes, while communication records are retained for 7 years for business and legal purposes.

Your Rights and Controls

Access and Portability

You can request copies of your personal data we hold, and receive data in a commonly used, machine-readable format for your own use or transfer to another service provider. Please note that we cannot export system configurations or proprietary data due to intellectual property restrictions.

Correction and Updates

You may request updates to your contact and account information, as well as changes to system configurations and settings to meet your business needs. However, only NovoAIGen is authorized to implement such modifications, which may be subject to additional fees or limitations based on your current environment.

Deletion Rights

You can request deletion of your personal data, close your account(s) and remove associated data, though some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes as outlined in our data retention policies.

Restriction and Objection

You can limit how we process your data, object to processing for specific purposes, and opt out of non-essential communications while maintaining access to core services.
